It was a tussle between low tide and daylight hours again, but the tide cleared the groynes about 90 mins before dark. I was glad it was JUST enough to take out my 8m... I could have comfortably managed the 11m, but prefer the 8. At first it was a birrova struggle to keep upwind, but as the wind kicked in it got easier. Had a good time, but this was the first time I started to get cold, mainly due to the occasional barrelling.
